No-Fluff Coaching from Someone Who’s Been There

Meet Present Father Coaching – your personal ally in this fight. My name is Randy Keith, and I’ve been through the same hellish court battles and sleepless nights. I know what it’s like when “the whole process is unfair and makes you sick”. That’s why I do this work – not to get rich, but to help my fellow brothers. You won’t get platitudes or hand-holding from me. No fluff, just real talk and a proven plan. I’ll call you out when you need it and hold you accountable to your goals, because I’m passionate about helping dads who’ve been wronged finally take back control.

Together, we’ll map out your path to being the father you’re meant to be. From navigating legal hurdles to rebuilding your confidence, I provide the playbook. In fact, I’ll literally equip you with an Attorney Hiring Playbook – so you can finally have a lawyer who fights as hard as you do – and a Courtroom Toolkit full of strategies to stay composed and persuasive when it counts. More importantly, I’ll be in your corner from start to finish, coaching you through every challenge. This is one-on-one, anywhere in the world (via secure video calls), so no matter where you’re located, you can get the guidance you need.

You’re not the first dad to face this, and you don’t have to face it alone. I’ve helped clients go from feeling “powerless and emasculated” to confident and in control – from estranged to deeply connected with their kids again. If you’re ready to get honest, get focused, and get your life back, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Why use my service?

Rebuild Your Strength & Confidence

Divorce might have knocked you down, but it also lit a fire in you. We turn that fire into fuel. Through direct, accountability-focused coaching, you’ll replace anxiety and self-doubt with a clear plan and renewed confidence. Think of it as basic training for post-divorce life: I’ll push you to establish routines, set boundaries, and take care of your mental and physical health so you’re showing up as the best dad (and man) you can be. The result? You wake up with purpose again, ready to tackle challenges head-on. The helplessness fades, and a stronger you emerges – the kind of dad your kids can rely on and look up to.

Never Fight Alone

Perhaps the biggest change is this: you’ll never again feel like you’re battling solo. When you join Present Father, you join a brotherhood. I’m in your corner, a call or text away when things get tough. Stuck on how to respond to an infuriating email from your ex? Need pep-talk before a court hearing? I’ve got you. Plus, you’ll gain access to our curated resources – remember that Attorney Hiring Playbook and Courtroom Toolkit – so you’re prepared for anything. Knowing an experienced mentor and a community of dads have your back gives you a calm confidence even in the storm. We turn “lonely fight” into team effort, and that support can make all the difference.

More Time, Less Fear

Imagine actually looking forward to the week ahead because you know you’ll be seeing your kids – and making those moments count. We help you secure fair parenting time and banish that fear of missing out. With our strategies (like step-by-step custody game plans and negotiation tactics), you’ll approach the process with confidence instead of dread. No more walking on eggshells. Now you’ll have the tools to fight for 50/50 custody (or whatever arrangement your family needs) and win more time with your children.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How is divorce coaching different from therapy or hiring a lawyer?

A: Think of it this way – your lawyer fights in court, your therapist helps with emotions, and Present Father Coaching guides you through everything in between. I’m not a lawyer and I don’t give legal advice, but I’ll help you make sense of the legal maze: how to communicate with your attorney, prepare for court dates with confidence, and avoid common pitfalls that hurt dads. Unlike therapy, we won’t dwell only on feelings – we focus on action and results. It’s forward-looking. If you’re overwhelmed, I provide a concrete plan and stand by you as you implement it. Many of my clients actually use coaching alongside their lawyer and therapist – together we form your support team, each with a unique role.

Q: Do I have to be in Arizona to work with you?

A: Not at all. While I’m based in Arizona, I serve clients worldwide through secure video calls, phone, and email support. Whether you’re a dad in Phoenix or anywhere from London to Los Angeles, if you have an internet connection, we can work together. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate different time zones and busy routines. Distance shouldn’t stop you from getting help – we will connect virtually, and it will feel as personal and effective as sitting across a table.

My situation feels hopeless – can coaching really help me?

A: Absolutely. Right now it might feel like you’re in a dark tunnel with no exit. I’ve been there. Nearly every dad I coach started out thinking “my case is impossible” or “I’m just stuck with this life.” But once we break it down – identifying what can be changed, step by step – you’ll be amazed how much progress is possible. We might not fix everything overnight, but you will start regaining control faster than you think. Early wins (like a calmer co-parenting schedule, or your kids smiling more because you’re more present) will prove that your effort is working. And remember, you’ll have me in your corner, keeping you accountable and adjusting the game plan as needed. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and together we’ll get you and your kids there. Now, let’s start your fight today.
